We limit access to personal information to those who have a business need.

When this is necessary, we require those companies to protect the information and to not use the information for any other purpose.

You have the right to: request access to your personal information; request the correction of any inaccuracies in your personal information and you may request that Linberg & Simmons erase or destroy your personal information. You may object to the processing of your personal information and you may withdraw consent to use your personal information at any time by contacting us.

We may modify this statement at any time and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications.
