Overlooking the waters of Christian Bay, the Reefs Hotel expansion and renovation consists of:

• The refurbishment and expansion of the hotel restaurants, bar and public areas
• The demolition of the existing hotel kitchen to make way for a new four storey link structure containing a fitness centre, spa facility, state-of-the-art hotel kitchen and private residence club reception. Situated at grade level are a new infinity pool and hot tub, pool deck and pool bar
• The addition of 19 new fractional ownership two & three bedroom tourist apartments to the west, with associated newly landscaped areas, rooftop garden and lookouts/firepits along the cliff top. All living rooms and bedrooms have unrestricted views of the ocean

Construction began in December 2007 and was completed at the end of 2009. The design is intended to be contemporary but nonetheless capture the essence of the Reefs hotel experience.
